We want you to love your Hanaya purchase. If you don't — return it within 7 days of receiving and we'll arrange exchange or refund. Cash on delivery customers are fully covered.

Our 7-Day Return Policy

You can return any product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • The product doesn't match the description / wrong item shipped
  • The size doesn't fit (jewellery, bangles, gloves, shoes — exchange only)

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Lingerie, panties, bras, body shapers — hygiene products, cannot be returned once opened/worn
  • Mehndi & body tattoo stickers — once opened, cannot be returned
  • Used or worn jewellery — must be returned unworn in original packaging
  • Pierced earrings — hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened

How to Return / Exchange

  1. WhatsApp or call us within 7 days of receiving the parcel
  2. Send a photo / video of the defect if the product is damaged
  3. We arrange reverse pickup via TCS / Leopards — free if defect is our fault
  4. Refund in 3-5 working days after we receive & verify the returned item
  5. Refund via JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Bank Transfer / store credit
Important: Customer must return the parcel in original packaging with all accessories. Lost packaging may delay or reduce the refund amount.

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a video while opening the parcel and WhatsApp it to us within 24 hours. We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund.

Wrong Size / Doesn't Fit

For sizing issues we offer free one-time exchange to a different size. You pay the reverse courier (Rs.250-350) and we resend the new size at our cost.

Do I pay for the return shipping?

If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item — we pay. If it's a size exchange or change-of-mind — customer pays the reverse courier (Rs.250-350).

How fast will I get my refund?

1-2 days for JazzCash/EasyPaisa, 3-5 days for bank transfer, instant for store credit.

Can I return lingerie or body shapers?

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, panties, bras, body shapers and mehndi stickers cannot be returned once opened or worn.

What if my parcel was damaged in shipping?

Take a video while opening the parcel and WhatsApp it within 24 hours. We'll arrange immediate replacement or refund.
