What If I'm Not Home When the Courier Arrives?
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times over 2-3 days. If you miss the delivery, the courier will call you to reschedule. Make sure to give a valid phone number at checkout — undelivered parcels return to us after 7 days.

Yes. We deliver COD to every Pakistani city — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, all major cities, and rural postal codes via Pakistan Post.
Do I have to pay any advance for COD?
No. Zero advance payment. You pay the full amount cash to the courier when the parcel arrives.
How long does Karachi delivery take?
1-2 working days from order confirmation. Karachi same-city is usually next day.
How do I know my order shipped?
You'll receive an SMS with the courier tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes — open the parcel in front of the courier, check the product, and pay if you're happy with it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship across Pakistan only. International shipping coming soon for UAE, Saudi Arabia and UK.
