Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) better than prepaid for online shopping in Pakistan?

Short answer: In Pakistan, COD removes payment-fraud risk and gives you the right to refuse delivery if the product is damaged or wrong. Prepaid is faster (and sometimes discounted) but you have no leverage if the seller messes up. For first-time orders with any seller, always use COD.
